Read your account summary, jump into any service, and review activity across your whole account from one place.
1. Get to know the Dashboard
Click Dashboard at the top of the left hand menu to open it. It is usually the first page you land on after signing in.
[Screenshot: Full Dashboard page — shows any onboarding banners near the top, the assets under management summary, the four quick access cards, the active subscriptions section, and the Balances, Transactions, Top Ups, and Beneficiaries tabs.]
The page brings together five things:
- Onboarding banners. Reminders to finish setting up your account, when relevant.
- Assets under management. A single figure for everything you hold, with a breakdown by asset.
- Quick access cards. Shortcuts to your operational balance, funding balance, portfolio, and trading terminal.
- Active subscriptions. The services attached to your account, with a way to add more.
- Combined activity tabs. Balances, transactions, top ups, and beneficiaries across every service you use.
2. Check your onboarding status
While your account is being verified, you may see one or more banners near the top of the Dashboard.
[Screenshot: Onboarding banners — shows a banner about onboarding documents under review with a Check Status in Settings link, and a banner about phone verification with a Go to Settings link. Each has a close icon on the right.]
- If you see "Your onboarding documents are under review," click Check Status in Settings to see where your verification stands.
- If you see "Your phone number is not yet verified," click Go to Settings to verify it and secure your account.
- Click the close icon on a banner to dismiss it temporarily.
These banners come back.
A dismissed banner reappears the next time you sign in until the related step is complete.
3. Review your assets under management
The summary panel near the top of the Dashboard gives you one number for everything you hold.
[Screenshot: Assets under management panel — shows the total assets under management figure, a ring chart with the percentage split between assets such as ETH, BTC, USDT, and USDC, and an AUM trend graph.]
This total combines balances from every service and ledger tied to your account, converted to US dollars for comparison.
4. Use the quick access cards
Four cards below the summary panel take you straight into a specific area of your account.
[Screenshot: Quick access cards row — shows the Operational balance, Total funding balance, My Portfolio, and Terminal cards side by side, each with a balance or label and a link.]
- Operational balance. Click View transactions to see the balance used for account level charges, such as sub wallet creation fees, along with its own Transactions and Transfers tabs and a Fund button.
- Total funding balance. Click View ledger to open your Funding Balances page, with Fiat balances, Crypto balances, and Transfers tabs, a Send funds button for moving money to another OneLiquidity user by their funding tag, a Transfer button, and a Top up button for requesting a manual top up.
- My Portfolio. Click View Holdings to see a unified view across your Crypto Wallets, Trading, Fiat Wallets, and Payment balances, including a portfolio value chart, an asset allocation chart, a cash flow chart, a trade volume chart, and a full asset list.
- Terminal. Click View Console to open the trading terminal, with live charts and an order book for the Trading Service.

Portfolio figures can lag.
My Portfolio is a convenient summary, but for the exact balance of a specific asset, check that asset's own page in Crypto Wallet Service or Fiat Wallet Service.
5. Manage your subscriptions
Below the quick access cards, a section shows how many services are active on your account, for example Crypto Wallet Service, Trading Service, and Fiat Wallet Service.
[Screenshot: Active subscriptions section — shows the count of active subscriptions, a card for each active service with its balance, and a New service button in the top right.]
- Click New service to open the Subscriptions page.
- Review the services available to you, along with a short description and a View Docs link for each.
- Click Subscribe on any service you have not yet added, such as Merchant Service.
[Screenshot: Subscriptions page — shows a card for each available service, its subscription status, a View Docs link, and a Subscribe button where relevant.]
6. Review balances, transactions, top ups, and beneficiaries
Four tabs beneath the active subscriptions section combine activity from every service into one place.
- Balances. Every balance you hold, across every wallet, ledger, and service, with its currency, the service it belongs to, posted and pending amounts, status, and creation date.
- Transactions. Every ledger movement across your account, including the transaction ID, currency, direction, amount, a short description, status, and date.
- Top Ups. A record of manual top up requests you have created from the Funding Balances page.
- Beneficiaries. Saved recipients for payouts and withdrawals, split into Fiat Beneficiaries and Crypto Beneficiaries.
[Screenshot: Balances tab — shows the Balances, Transactions, Top Ups, and Beneficiaries tabs, a Top up button, a service filter, a search field, and the balances table with its columns.]
[Screenshot: Beneficiaries tab — shows the Fiat Beneficiaries and Crypto Beneficiaries sub tabs, and a table with account name, type, currency, bank, account number, status, and date created.]
Use the search field to find a specific entry, and the column sort icons to reorder any table.
