Request an over-the-counter quote, across a different settlement currency: confirm it, and review your OTC history.

1. Open the OTC tab

  1. On the Trading Service page, select a trading pair from the dropdown (for example USDT-NGN).
  2. Click the OTC tab in the top-right corner, above the order book, if it isn't already selected.
  3. The order book stays scoped to the selected pair, and the quote panel on the right switches to OTC mode.

2. Request an OTC quote

  1. In the OTC panel, click the Select Coin dropdown under From and choose the asset you're giving up (for example USDT).
  2. Enter an amount, or use the 25% / 50% / 75% / 100% quick-fill buttons next to the field. The Tradeable Balance shown above the field is how much of that asset you have available to trade.
  3. Click the Select Coin dropdown under To and choose the asset you want to receive. Unlike RFQ, OTC lets you pick a different settlement currency here (for example GHS instead of NGN).
  4. Use the swap-direction button between the two fields at any time to flip From and To.
  5. Click Get OTC quote.

OTC can cross currencies

OTC quotes aren't limited to the pair shown in the order book β€” you can request a quote into a different currency or asset than the one currently selected, as long as you hold a balance to trade from

3. Review and confirm the quote

  1. Review the exchange rate and inverse rate shown, along with a short countdown before the quote expires.
  2. Click Proceed to confirm the trade before the countdown ends.

Quotes expire fast

The rate is only locked in for a few seconds. If you see "Quote expired," click Refresh to get a new rate, then confirm right away.

What happens next

Once confirmed, the trade appears in the OTCs tab under Orders with a status of Filled. Your Total Asset Balance and Pending Balance update to reflect the trade, and the individual From/To wallet balances adjust accordingly.

4. Review your OTC history

  1. Scroll down to the Orders section beneath Settlement Health.
  2. Click the OTCs tab (next to RFQs, Ads, Pending OTC Orders, Open Orders, and Groups).
  3. A table lists every OTC trade you've placed, with the same columns as RFQ history:
  4. Sort any column, search by keyword, or filter using the icons in the top-right of the Orders panel. Use View History on the Settlement Health card for a broader, settlement-level view across all order types.
